The Sea Point, Fresnaye and Bantry Bay Residents and Ratepayers Association, or SFB, as we prefer to be known, is for all residents and ratepayers in these suburbs.

Everyone has a role to play in enhancing and developing our communities.  This website aims to make it easier to connect you to service providers, solutions and to empower you to take action by engaging with the relevant authorities on services, planning and decisions which affect you directly.

The SFB is continually looking for volunteers with unique skill sets and interests to broaden the scope and the reach of the organisation.
