Become a Member

The easiest way to get involved with the SFB Ratepayers & Residents’ Association is by simply becoming a member for the SFB.

Membership perks include: regular updates, exclusive access to content, voting at our AGM, and knowing that you’re leading to us creating a better Sea Point, Fresnaye and Bantry Bay for everyone.

*Should you prefer to use an alternative method to sign-up as a member, please contact us.

Join our Safety & Cleansing Initiative

The Safety & Cleansing Initiative (SCI) operates on Beach Road, up the streets leading to Main and Regent Roads as well as targeting specific roads below High Level road. Plans are in place to go beyond High Level Road.

Project Hope performs the cleansing function and is a key component of social development in the area.

Avenue Response provides the safety component.

Each SCI member can call the Avenue Response control room for their security response team to attend to any incidences or potentially dangerous activity in the vicinity of their building.

The cost for apartment blocks is R75 per apartment in the block. All SCI members automatically become SFB members.
