SFB Planning Committee


Our committee of volunteer professionals meet fortnightly to review municipal laws, building applications for departures and provide professional guidance in respect of:

  • General consultation and assistance to City, developers, owners and residents in the SFB area re: compliance, legality and approvals.
  • Title deed amendments/ alterations.
  • The Heritage Project aims to protect our architectural heritage by identifying and registering buildings and sites deemed to be of heritage value and significance and worthy of protection.
  • Environmental issues that impact this area of the coast.

Submitting plans for approval

Plans needing submission to the SFB Planning Committee for approval, require a planning form to be downloaded, completed and emailed to admin@sfb.org.za
